Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Quality Analyst to ensure that our software products meet the highest standard of quality before they reach our users. You will be responsible for creating and implementing testing strategies to identify bugs and improve software reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios.
• Execute functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, and track software bugs.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues quickly.
• Analyze user feedback to improve product quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or QA tester.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
